PESO serves only as an employment facilitator and does not guarantee job placement or hiring results.

Freelancer’s Rights
The freelancer agrees to provide personal information (name, address, contact details, education, and work experience) with the understanding that:
• Data will be used only for job matching and recruitment
• Information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties
• They may access, correct, or withdraw their data through PESO
• Data will be handled securely and confidentially
Client’s Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Use freelancer data only for recruitment and hiring
• Keep all personal information confidential
• Not misuse, sell, or disclose information without consent
• Comply with RA 10173 and DOLE regulations
• Dispose of data properly when no longer needed
